Privacy Policy
Effective: 25 October 2026 · Updated: 25 October 2026
This notice explains how BloxRank Verify uses information when you interact with the Discord bot.
Scope and contact
This policy covers the BloxRank Verify Discord bot, including its connection to BloxRank website accounts. The responsible project team can be contacted at AppSphere.Inc@protonmail.com. Any additional operator identification legally required must be provided by the responsible operator.
Information processed
The bot processes Discord IDs, server IDs, relevant role and permission information, linked BloxRank/Roblox account identifiers or usernames, region, ranking/ELO, wins and losses, matchmaking state, match reports, moderator and affected member IDs, moderation actions and reasons, timestamps, and technical service logs. This information is used only as relevant to requested features, troubleshooting, and safety operations.
Reasons for processing
Data supports account verification, rankings, match information, reporting, server administration, rule enforcement, abuse prevention and diagnostics. Where European data-protection law applies, legal bases may include providing requested features, legitimate interests in ensuring safety and fairness, and consent where required.
Sharing and hosting
Cloudflare hosts the bot and its database. Discord receives requests needed for bot commands, account details, role assignment, moderation, and optional warning messages. Public leaderboard data can be visible to other users; profile visibility depends on settings and functionality. Data may be disclosed where legally required. The bot does not sell personal data.
Moderation, DMs, and reports
When staff issues a warning, the bot saves the warning and may attempt to send the affected user a Discord direct message. Match reports and moderation records may be accessible to staff responsible for reviewing them.
Retention
Account-link and competition data is kept while needed for service functions. Moderation and report records may be kept as necessary to resolve disputes, protect the community or meet legal obligations. Not every data category currently has an automatic deletion deadline. Contact us to request review or removal where applicable.
Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, or ask about data portability. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority. To request review of an account link or stored data, email the contact above.
Security and third parties
Discord permission checks and hosting access controls are used to protect the service, but no system is entirely risk-free. Discord, Roblox, and Cloudflare also process information under their own privacy notices.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the bot, its security, or data handling. The current version will be shown on this page.
Roblox ownership verification
When you request Roblox verification, the bot creates and stores a temporary random code, the Roblox user ID and username, the associated Discord and server IDs, and an expiration time. The user places the code in their public Roblox profile description; the bot reads that public description to confirm the code. After successful verification it retains the Roblox ID, username and verification date for that Discord server, and may grant a configured role. Verification codes expire after 15 minutes, but expired records may remain in storage until cleaned up. Users can request unlinking with /unverify. No Roblox password or cookie is requested.
